1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading or using Kuro-Flow ("the EA", "the software"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use our product.
2. Product Description
Kuro-Flow is an automated Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 that operates on the USDJPY currency pair. It is a software tool, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide investment advice, manage funds on your behalf, or guarantee any trading results.
3. License Terms
- Each license is valid for one MT5 account number only
- Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared
- Monthly licenses renew automatically unless cancelled
- Annual licenses are valid for 365 days from activation
- Free trial licenses are valid for 7 days and are limited to one per person/IP
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms
4. No Financial Advice
Kuro-Flow is an algorithmic tool. Nothing on our website, in our emails, or within the Members Area constitutes financial advice. The weekly AI-generated market analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be used as the basis for trading decisions.
5. Risk Disclaimer
Algorithmic trading carries significant financial risk. The backtesting results shown on our website are historical and do not guarantee future performance. Live market conditions differ from backtested conditions. You may lose some or all of your capital.
By using Kuro-Flow, you acknowledge that:
- You understand the risks of forex and algorithmic trading
- You are solely responsible for any trading losses incurred
- Kuro-Flow and its creators are not liable for any financial losses
- Past performance of the EA does not guarantee future results
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate delivery of the license key, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after the license key has been delivered. We encourage you to use the 7-day free trial before purchasing.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevent the EA from functioning as described. Contact support@kuro-flow.com within 48 hours of purchase.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Sharing, reselling or redistributing the EA or license key
- Reverse engineering or modifying the EA source code
- Using the EA on more accounts than licensed
- Using the EA in ways that violate your broker's or prop firm's terms
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuro-Flow and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits or data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
