Kuro-Flow ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use our website at kuro-flow.com and our algorithmic trading EA product.

- Email address — when you request a free trial or purchase a subscription
- MT5 account number — to activate and validate your license key
- IP address — to prevent abuse of our free trial system and for security purposes
- Payment information — processed securely by Gumroad. We do not store card details
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your license key and activate your subscription
- To send transactional emails related to your license (activation, expiry notices)
- To send the trial onboarding email sequence (7-day series)
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the free trial system
- To provide customer support
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase (EU West region). Email delivery is handled by Resend. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Email Communications
By requesting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you consent to receive transactional emails from licencias@kuro-flow.com. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
5. Cookies
Our website uses minimal session-based storage (sessionStorage) to remember your login state in the Members Area. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. Expired trial licenses are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
